Who We Are
WorkNexus is a product of Meet Software Solutions Inc., a company based in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. Meet Software Solutions Inc. is the organisation responsible for the personal information described here.

What We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email address, phone number if you provide one, your company name, your company size, and your message. This is sent to us by email so we can reply.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records each request in a log. These logs include your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser type. They are used to operate the site and to detect abuse.
IP addresses are treated as personal information under Canadian privacy law, and we handle them accordingly.
Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, but only if you agree to it. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is never loaded. The site works exactly the same either way.
Google Analytics processes your IP address to estimate your location and then discards it; we never see your IP address in Google Analytics. Your choice is remembered in your own browser — to change it, clear your browser storage for this site and the banner will appear again. Aside from analytics, the only cookies this site may set are the strictly necessary ones WordPress uses to make the site function. We do not profile visitors and we do not track you across other websites.
Why We Collect It

- To keep the site secure and detect abuse
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How Long We Keep It
- Demo requests and enquiries — up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer
- Customer records — for the duration of the relationship and as long as required for legal or tax purposes afterwards
- Server logs — approximately 30 days
Who Else Is Involved
We use a small number of service providers who may process this information on our behalf, including our hosting provider, which operates the server and holds the server logs; our email provider, which delivers and stores the enquiries you send us; and Google, if you consent to analytics. Google may process this data outside Canada, including in the United States.
Where information is processed outside Canada it may be subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access requests by foreign authorities.
Your Rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25 where it applies to you, you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Ask how we handle your information, and complain if you are not satisfied
Email info@worknexus.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if you are in Quebec.
Security and Changes
The site is served over HTTPS and access to the administration area is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
